Where can I buy a gift card?

Gift cards can be purchased in Kipling retail stores, outlet stores, and online. E-gift cards are sent via email within 24 hours of purchase, and physical gift cards are shipped via USPS.

I changed my mind—can I return my gift card?

Sorry, gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled, or redeemed for cash (except in states where legally required). Be sure to keep your gift card in a safe place (like in one of our cute wallets!), because we are unable to refund you if it lost or stolen. Please note, special offers may not be used to purchase a Gift Card.

I’m ready to make a purchase— how do I redeem my gift card?

E-gift cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed through Kipling-USA.com or in any Kipling Retail or Kipling Outlet store in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Enter your 19-digit Gift Certificate Code (codes are case sensitive) and 4-digit PIN number on the Payment page and click ""Apply."

Can I use more than one gift card?

Lucky you! Up to five gift cards can be redeemed per order. Simply enter each code and pin number and click "apply" after each one.

How can I return an item I paid for with a gift card?

Any product purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. No variance from these terms and conditions will be allowed except in those states where legally required.
